Do you have a “jiggle in the wiggle when you walk”? Goodness knows I do! I used to exercise a bunch, but have found that it’s time consuming to go to the gym and the exercise DVD’s all seem to be the same routine…just set to different music.
FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS DEFINED
Have you ever had a stripper fantasy? I mean, really. Like, I know my husband, Bob, has had one for me forever! So when he ran panting to get me to see this AS SEEN ON TV commercial, I knew I was in trouble. There, live on his widescreen, were these sisters, Kerry & Krista Knee and friends demonstrating FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS moves that Bob only wished I knew. (Little does he know!) Anyway, once I got past the bodies, I saw a great exercise routine that combined dance, cardio and strength training into a regimen that definitely was not boring! Of course, Bob was all for it…even said I could get the pole to learn “more demanding” exercises.
LEARNING THE FLIRTY GIRL MOVES
FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS offers three different ordering options. I think I would opt for the “Teaser Collection Kit”….Bob says that fits! Anyway, the Teaser Kit comes with four DVD exercise videos, a bright pink feather boa (in your wildest dreams, Bob), eating guide, FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS keychain, and a pink box to store the DVDs in.
I’ve done some investigating on the DVDs. The four workout DVDs in the Teaser Collection are:
1. Just Teasing: Really sexy, but a good sense of rhythm helps to keep up with the beat
2. Chair Dance: Now I know why the guys pay for a lap dance. Need I say more?
3. Booty Beat: Appears to be the hardest of the set. Some moves are really difficult, but I understand there are less advanced moves shown so that you can progress as you are able. A great cool-down section at the end.
4. Chair Fit: You don’t want to use a folding chair for this one. About an hour of cardio and whole body strength training. You can use free weights to increase your intensity. A brand new look at dull, old fashioned body toning routines.
FLIRTY GIRL PACKAGE OPTIONS
FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS offer three different ordering options. The “Starter or Preview Kit” has two DVDs, two ball gel weights, an exercise elastic and a bonus DVD. The “Teaser Collection” was discussed above. The Total Package comes with 7 DVDs and a stripper pole (no kidding!) for advanced training.
All the FLIRTY GIRL packages are reasonably priced, not only for the unique workout routines they teach, but for the results you can expect. If done regularly, I don’t see why it won’t make you feel muscles you’ve long since forgotten plus encourage a rapid weight loss. The only down side that I can see is that, with any package order, you are automatically enrolled in an ongoing DVD program. That program begins 30 days after you receive your order; every other month thereafter you will receive 2 DVDs at a cost of $19.95 plus $6.99 S&H. They say you can cancel at any time, so I wonder if you can just not agree to get those DVD’s to start with.
WOULD I BUY FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS?
I think it looks like a really fun way to tone up and take off pounds and inches. I told Bob that if Santa is looking for a stocking stuffer, FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS just might work!
Uncle Al–A little bit of My Story
Since there may be some out there with nothing better to do than to read my product reviews, I thought I might put a little of me out there for all the world to see.
I retired about 16 years ago after practicing a health science profession for 25 years. We used computers for billing only back then. The hardware and software were not reliable enough to use for complex non-retrievable data; crashes were a weekly occurrence and backups were done at least twice daily. So when I retired, I thought my interaction with computers, although indirect, was over. Boy! Was I mistaken! I mean, what?s an old guy gonna do all day? I tried golf…fun but frustrating! Practice does not lead to perfect in that game! So…I reacquainted myself with the computer. Only this time, on a personal level.
Several years ago, I became fascinated with the products and concepts of ?As Seen On TV?. After buying a ton of stuff, most of it useful, my wife said I could provide a worthwhile service by reviewing products and letting the world know my opinion via the internet. I think she suggested it just to give me something else to do besides bother her, but I sorta liked the idea and am giving it a try. I hope ya?ll like what I have to say!
