@kingmalik999 No pain, no gain, right? Shouldn’t it be sort of hard?
@mylittlepony1122 I only do when my feet slip, the shoes provide that extra traction, but I think it’s up to you.
I am gonna start out using this workout for my weight loss goal I need to lose 70lbs but I figure once I get a bit more fit I’ll get higher impact

umm idk if this is a stupid question or not..but do we need to wear shoes while we do these exercises? or is that just when your walking or running?
i like the standing ab exercise! i can never get both my feet off the ground so its hard for me to do most ab stuff

my muscles always hurt me when I start doing aerobics. Do you have easier ones to begin with?

I do, but it’s I didnt think it was good to show that stuff in a beginner program. Look for that in the coming programs!
